All orders placed on weekdays are fulfilled the same day.

• Same day fulfillment on most weekdays; orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.
• Currently, no international shipping offered.
• Email cancellations before order dispatch to support@liqure.com.
• If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact your local USPS with your tracking number.
• LiQure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages post carrier handover.
• Allow for delivery delays during peak order volume; items arriving significantly later may qualify for a partial refund, provided delay notice and cancellation options are given.

Try LiQure on a real night out. If it doesn't work for you, email support@liqure.com or use our contact form within 30 days of your order's delivery, and we'll refund the full purchase price, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method.

• No need to send anything back, and it's fine if you've opened it.
• Limit one guarantee refund per customer.
• Applies to orders placed on liqure.com. Purchases from stores and other marketplaces follow that seller's return policy.
• Refunds are processed within one week of your request. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
• If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
• To skip or cancel a subscription, email us before your next order ships.
