We offer $4.00 shipping for 3-5 day delivery on all orders or $8.50 for 1-3 day expedited DHL shipping. All orders placed on weekdays are fulfilled the same day.
- Same day fulfillment on most weekdays; orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.
- Currently, no international shipping offered.
- Contact us for refunds or returns on damaged items upon arrival.
- Email cancellations before order dispatch to support@liqure.com.
- If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact your local USPS with your tracking number.
- LiQure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages post carrier handover.
- Allow for delivery delays during peak order volume; items arriving significantly later may qualify for a partial refund, provided delay notice and cancellation options are given.
Returns
LiQure isn't for everyone - that's why we make refunds and returns quick and easy to initiate. Contact us via email at support@liqure.com or use our form:
- To cancel a subscription, contact our customer support team via email. Once received, we'll promptly cancel your subscription.
- Cancellations must be emailed before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Initiate returns within 14 days of order delivery.
- Contact and receive approval from customer support before shipping your return.
- If your item is damaged or unsatisfactory upon arrival, contact us for a replacement.
- Return remaining items in original condition for a full refund; return shipping fees may apply.
- Receive a prepaid shipping label for qualifying returns; some return shipping fees may apply.
- We may request a photo of your return for product improvement purposes.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method, processed within a week upon approval.
- Allow for delivery delays during peak order volume; items arriving significantly later may qualify for a partial refund, unless delay notice is given with cancellation options.
